No hassle service right to your table

Waited a bit long at the till. Only person there and till person was getting meals ready, calling numbers & making coffee. He was super busy but did a good job. Wait for order was shorter than wait at till. Also they gave the Muslim woman in front of be an egg McMuffin with bacon. She did not seem happy about that. Lol

Hamburgers aren't as fresh as they used to be been getting warm patties lately.

$2.69 for a can of pop. Criminal!!! Goodbye!!!

Asked politely for my refill cup and was told that the people behind me had to place their orders first. I was first in the line up....not my fault if others had to wait...I had already been waiting for service. Maybe short staffed but first come, first serve, and then move on to the next in line....Was it my backpack? Are others treated the same way?

They refurbished the interior after the fort mac fire so it looks as nice as the timberlea. Drive thru has been improved. Unfortunately it seems there's more homeless/drunk people in here than any other MacDonald's in fort Mac. Not a good spot for kids in my opinion.

Nice change from 2 weeks of camp food. Everyone loves Mickey Ds... the Quarter Pounder I got was hot and freshly made... delicious which is surprising.

Not so busy today, Normally a busy Restaurant but at same time fast service, must the time drive trough have a long lines but move it is quick. congrats for the crew. well organized. before we ask for extra Mayo and was free since last summer they charging 25 cents. it is normal?

Small parking lot w a drive thru

Pretty good McDonald's, I go at least 3 times a month for breakfast and they almost always get my order right. English muffin is tosasted just right, and is fresh, hash brown typically fresh and crispy. Coffee as always is very good for a chain restaurant, but not up to a specialty coffee standards, but nobody expects that.

It's a mcdonalds. Cannot give them more than 3 stars since they have messed up past orders and served old fries to me.

Ordered a double quarter ham.meal with no pickels i get a double ham with pickles and then i said i wanted a small fry because i did not want to waste food and thouq it out and i got a med fry. Literally trhe only thing they got right is my bottle water

I also have unofficial poll results declaring the fountain Coke from any McDonald's as the best cola on God's green Earth. Hands down my favorite way to destroy my insides. It's fantastico!

Eww. good coffee

Come on down to McDonalds on Franklin for our limited time item, the Big Mac Soup! We take the contents of a Big Mac, throw it into our signature box, and just shake that s**t up! Atrocious. *Reference uploaded picture

Good food, prices fine and service was good.

Downtown off franklin .Our order was the worst .8pm in evening .not busy.we waited 20 min for 2 hot chocolates drinks and 2 apple pies.Drinks were groase and luke warm .pies were dried out no filling.Must have been cooked earlier that day and not sold..should have thrown them out...

I went to the drive thru and they weren't friendly at all the 2nd window person she just gabe us the food and I didn't know if that was all of my order because she literally didn't say anything. The food is great though my fries were fresh.

Missing items in drive thru order, didn't answer phone or emails about it.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Doors were locked so no one could enter. No one would talk to us when we came in and stood in line at the tills. Staff all just chatted together in the back and ignored us when we tried asking for help. Place was dirty and unorganized. Saw them messing up multiple orders in the back, even though it was quiet. Will never go back here again.

World's slowest McDonald's. Always slow. Always need to check your order. Home of the McMuffin that is often burnt. Only reason for 2 stars is location. Oh and Wht McDonald's runs out of hamburger and chicken? I just had to update to 1 star. 15 minute wait and they got the order wrong. It's McDonald's meltdown!

Got some mcdoubles and fries for me my mom and a friend, everything was warm and fresh. Enjoyed it very much.

The food was good, but they have a device in there that keeps making this beeping sound that reminds me of when my grandmother was lying on her death bed in hospital. I can not believe that anybody in there right mind can think that it provides customers pleasure to listen to such noise! Also, the washrooms were locked which I found an irritation!

McDonald's over Alberta has just lost standards over the years this one is second best in town but still not to standards. Management needs to be replaced with someone who thrives to be a team leader, keep the times on the screens low and prepare food with care along with teaching of proper food standards for serving for the franchise.

Tables were dirty, garbage on the floors, drunk homeless guys arguing in the corner. We went here out of convince. Should have just gone to Timberlea or Gregoire.

The coffee + espresso (x2) makes for a very happy and energetic me!

reduced the stars since they screwed up my order. asked for 6 piece nuggets only got 4 and the poutine gravy not spread all over fries like it should have been and of course no receipt given with my order. so definitely the last time I got to that downtown location. wish I could give it no stars.

Service wasnt good.

A quick and convenient place to grab breakfast when I'm in Fort Mac for work. They have the self serve order kiosks at this location, but I am very happy that someone will always come over to the till when I approach it. Please keep that up! The place is clean, and I never have trouble finding a table.The food is served up quickly, and it is usually hot and fresh. The coffee is always hot and fresh.One thing that rubs me the wrong way though, is the continuous loud beeping from the kitchen. It never stops, and I don't understand how the staff can stand it.

Fast service and actually got my order rite lol. Could use someone checking on the tables a little more often to wipe them down.

Double drive through makes for faster service.

Gave me a burger without the burger patties, paid extra for sauce didn't come with the sauce in the bag. Also 6 piece McNuggets only came with three. It was not busy at all at the location for there to be that many errors

There's only a handful of McDonalds in town, and this is the probably the most inconvenient one only because of the shared parking lot with all the other businesses around. It's hard to get a parking spot. It's also fairly busy, being the only fast food restaurant in the area. There's a double size drive through which is pretty fast, so I recommend using that and avoiding the inside. Not to say the inside isn't nice. It has been recently renovated and looks great, and is comfortable.

The food here is classic Mcdoanlds. It’s the same you would find anywhere else. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They do have some areas where you can relax and watch tv while you enjoy a hot beverage which is nice. You also aren’t as prone to being harassed by the homeless population for change as can be a common issue in the downtown district. There is no play facilities for children which is too bad but all in all a decent place to stop.

It was awesome there. Everyone is just minding there own business and not interfering.

Slow service at the till.

This is an excellent location. Orders are always right and you rarely recieve fries that aren't freshly made. Drive thru is open 24/7 and they even allow you to just walk up to the window if you don't have a vehicle. The self serve ordering computers are easy to use and allow you to customize your order with ease. The restaurant itself is always very clean and the employees are polite. It's a nice place to just drink some coffee and get some free wifi. Compared to other McDonald's in fort McMurray this one is the best.

It's mickey dees in Fort Mac. What can you say. I do like the new self serve kiosks tho.

Don't. Just go up to Gregoire or anywhere else unless you like fries made 6 hours ago.
